Ok ladies hopefully you all read the first 10 chapters of Jane Eyre. What did everyone think?

[Allison]

I really like it a lot. I didnt think I would actually. Some of the language kind of gets me stuck so I have to look it up but so far so good!

I like Ms. Temple, and I am glad that in school they dont make you stand on top of a shame box for 30 minutes and get yelled at. I would not have liked it much.

So far I like it! its kind of gray and gloomy but that's how Jane's life is. Really dislike Mrs. Reed and Mr. Brocklehurst.

i agree about ms. reed...she blows. Then thypus????? Really poor little Helen...i know u liked her chrissy. Then we fast forward 8 Years to her governess position and have not met her mysterious benefactor that is going to pay her 30pounds a year? is that a lot?

I am looking forward to a mystery...since i have not seen the movie,
