@WriMo: A 30-Day Survival Guide for Writers by Kevin S. Kaiser
I can't find this ebook listed on Goodreads, but it is available in Amazon's Kindle Store.
My review:
I'm going to be honest with you: I can be a lazy writer. With so many distractions (work, Facebook, Goodreads, life in general), it is easy to convince oneself that one does not have the "time" to write. This is bad. Very, very bad. But if you're like me, fear not! @WriMo: A 30-Day Survival Guide for Writers by Kevin S. Kaiser just might help you focus and stay on track with your writing.

Written specifically for those competing in the annual National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo, this little book is packed full of useful nuggets of writing wisdom and motivational advice. Think of it as a silent cheerleading squad shouting "You can do it! You can do it!" The book is divided up into 30 segments, one for each day of NaNoWriMo (though one does not need to be a participant to benefit from the words contained therein), and each section begins with a quote. "Soon is not as good as now" and "Someone who is busier than you is writing right now" are two of my favorites. I think I should write them down and tape them to the bathroom mirror so I don't forget them.
When I finished reading @WriMo, I churned out 1600 words of my current manuscript in something like two hours. Thanks for the motivation, Kevin!
Oh yeah, and all of the profits from the sale of @WriMo will be "donated to support the future of NaNoWriMo and NaNoWriMo Young Writers Program." So by downloading this book you won't only be benefiting yourself; you will be helping others, too. So go for it. (I dare you.)
