jaxnsmom | 8341 comments Alyssa - I listened to it and was also very surprised by how much I liked it! Part of it was at the time I was totally into all the teen angst, and even though I'm a long ways from being a teen, I was feeling very aarrrgggghhhh.

Lol. I guess I could really tell what she was feeling. And I avoided this book for like a year to, so now I'm hooked and my friend is laughing at me this week saying I told you so.

message 53: by April (new)

April | 970 comments I, too, was reluctant. After reading Twilight, I immediately drove to the book store for the rest of the series! LOL

message 72: by jaxnsmom (new)

jaxnsmom | 8341 comments Great challenge Rusalka!

And wow Connie. What great timing for your book!

message 73: by Rusalka, Moderator (new)

Rusalka (rusalkii) | 19219 comments I'm still impressed with that book. I was thinking people would have trouble with ONE of those locations, instead of finding a book set in all of them!

message 74: by Ava Catherine (last edited Nov 04, 2012 02:48AM) (new)

Ava Catherine | 4258 comments We did a buddy read, and April has posted her book on the thread just below mine. She asked if she could say she was copying mine, and I said that was fine with me. So April should have 60 points, too.

I really didn't select the book to win the challenge; it has been on my kindle for a long time, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to read it. I was shocked when I started tallying the points, and so many things fit the challenge.

message 75: by Rusalka, Moderator (new)

Rusalka (rusalkii) | 19219 comments OH! I saw that but misunderstood.

message 82: by Rusalka, Moderator (last edited Nov 13, 2012 07:01PM) (new)

Rusalka (rusalkii) | 19219 comments Alright. I believe that all Sandy affected people have reported in now. Board is updated above and grats to Connie and April on their buddy read find of 60pts!!

Check your walls girls.

message 83: by jaxnsmom (new)

jaxnsmom | 8341 comments Rusalka - I think there should be an honorary badge for being the Book Golf winner, maybe with a glue stick theme :~) It looks like that's becoming more of a goal than to get the most points. ☺

message 84: by Rusalka, Moderator (new)

Rusalka (rusalkii) | 19219 comments lol conceded. To Google!
