Im having a hard time getting into it. Its sooo wordy its driving me crazy! Im on chapt 5 should I keep going or give up? I kinda find the protagonist a lil lame. Idk

I could not finish that book, it was just too much fluff in the book. It seemed like some parts just went on and on and on...
I also have not finished it. Got about halfway and had to put it down. I couldn't stand the main character...love the guys though. I'm not saying I'll never finish it but it'll probably be awhile.
Kellen is so worth is though .... nom nom

Finish thoughtless, then start effortless, then you will know why we love these series!
The author is so unnecessarily wordy! It drives me nuts! And Keira is dumb! When does it get good? Im on chapt 12! Also JUMP on the Kellan already Jeesh! Denny sux.
Ummm it was painfully horrible. I hated Kiera she had depth and what was the desire for her? I never got that. Or felt any thing. I did love the guys! Kellan ahhhh idk if I can read effortless. What is it about?
I had a hard time getting into thoughtless also but once I did I couldn't put it down!! U should keep reading!! Effortless is kellan and keiras story!! How there handling there relationship and the struggles they go thru and if they can overcome there insecurities!! Him being a rockstar and her cheating on her boyfriend with him in the beginning! !its really good! U should read it!
I agree with most. It was a hard and long read for me, but I finally finished it. I was to the point of decide already. I was not going to read Effortless, but I am. I am loving the second book more.
She is a bit detailed and descriptive, but the story is awesome and you will love the roller coaster ride with your emotions.
At times it is a bit long winded, but it is worth it.

I have now read both books and agree that Thoughtless was very long and drawn out. I can confirm that the last couple of chapters are better though. Reckless was more riveting and did not seem quite so 'wordy'. Kiera had also grown up a bit and I found I was able to begin to like her.
Jane am I missing the release of reckless? Or did u mean effortless! Cuz I am waiting impatiently for the last book reckless which I thought came out in March h 2013?
I am sorry, I am getting my titles mixed up, I did mean effortless. Reckless does not come out until March 2013 as you rightly say.

I liked them both. I related to the drama, as would anyone who has been in a situation where they were torn between two different men (or, let's face it, boys!). She gets a little prose-y sometimes, but sometimes, it's worth it!
