SOLVED. Book about Vampires and Nazis with "shuffled" chapters...[s]

The book I am thinking of involves a group of vampires that want to stop or somehow work against the Nazis. I read the book at least two years ago (probably more like 3-4) so I don't remember many of the plot details. I know there was a blonde vampire who was very old (in years not looks :P) and was sent to Germany on the mission. I also remember her being "created" in old England or sometime in the very distant past - there was a confrontation with a group of rough men around the same time I believe. She infiltrates the high class society part of Nazism because she perfectly fits the blue-eyed, blonde-haired criteria.
There was also some kind of fight on a train as I recall and perhaps a boy of some importance. The main thing about this book was that it seemed to have been written and then the chapters were all shuffled, so you didn't read the first chapter until later and nothing was in order. It irritated me at the time but now I'm intrigued. Google was very unenlightening. Any help? I believe the book was relatively new when I read it so I don't think it was published more than five years ago.
