Hotah had a longaxe with a 6-foot handle, I thought? In fact, the more I think about it, didn't he actually marry the axe and get a brand on his chest? Hmmm....If so, then my next question is:
What holding was Littlefinger awarded?

Ah, so you're saying loyalty to his sister's memory, not wanting to expose her for having had an illegitimate child, and loyalty to his son urged him to maintain the illusion that John was his private shame? Interesting, and I hope you're right because I would like to see there be some intrigue and a twist when it comes time to acknowledge his ancestry. But I'll have to get book V for any of that to happen. I'm still in book four and neither he nor the Wall hasn't been mentioned once!

Because I haven't read that far ahead yet. However, I have it on good authority it was to bring Daenerys Targaryen to Dorne.
Q: I meant, the Brothers Without Banners
ah, then i'll say no more. it does seem odd that this thread has so many questions concerning the entire series. i am guilty of a few spoilers myself, but just went with the flow. A: they are the remnants of the group that ned stark sent to capture ser gregor clegane and bring him to justice. they claim to be bannerless as both the king and the hand they served are now dead, and though they act in accordance with the king's (the hand's) direct orders they are still considered outlaws.

It was the name of a battle. You know what, that's a tough one. Let me try another.

It's virtually impervious to a southern attack as the only solid ground runs right through the three sole remaining towers. The only way to bypass it is to trek through the marshes, and only the crannogmen are skilled and knowledgeable to do so. thus anyone wanting to march an army into the north must pass moat cailin.

Was Moat Caitlin described in the first book, which I have yet to read? I ask because I'm into book 5 now where it comes up again, and how Robb and his host used it as they moved south is mentioned. And of course, it comes up extensively in reference to the Greyjoys and their assault on Westeros in the midst of the war. The descriptions are pretty good in book 5, and I got the feeling that it must have been described in detail at some point prior this.

A: MAGGY THE TOAD

Marie-pier wrote: "I don't remeber a wife either...Q: What do we say to death?"
Wrong page, friend. Scoot ahead one to see where we are. However, I will asnwer your question too to keep the ball rolling :)
A: Uh, the head of the Titan of Braavos?
A: "Not today!"

No worries ;) And actually it is Doran. Trystane is set to take over when he dies, but as of book 4 it was still him.
A: Dosh khaleen
Q: What does Eddard call his godswood?
Q: What does Eddard call his godswood?
Dipendra wrote: "A: Dosh khaleenQ: What does Eddard call his godswood?"
That's a tough one. I can't find any mention of it anywhere.
It's a weirwood and it's called 'Heart tree'. I am sure it is mentioned somewhere in the book. I thought the game was asking something tough.Sorry folks.
Dipendra wrote: "It's a weirwood and it's called 'Heart tree'. I am sure it is mentioned somewhere in the book. That's the entire arboretum that's housed in each castle in Westeros, not the single weirdwood tree. Perhaps you should read the questions more carefully next time before making judgement calls like that one.
