It looks like this profile needs a truckload of work.

I'll bookmark this to look at tomorrow if no one gets there first.

So is there an alternative to David^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Mitchell?
The David^Mitchell's combine page is cleaned up now.
The list of David^Mitchell's contributions:
http://www.goodreads.com/author/list/...
needs some cleaning too.
There should be a law that restrains the writers from using too usual names and surnames :P

One more request in this: Noticed somebody has added recently an Russian edition of "Cloud Atlas" which needs to be combined and it lacks a description too.
Russian edition: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16...
Original: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/49...
A neverending task it is...

I wonder if it would make sense if a librarian posted a message to say that he/she was taking on a particular task?

Heh, it should be like Actors' Equity where you need to have a unique name to join. Hence why so many Broadway actors use their middle names.
I have just noticed that this David Mitchell
http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...
has this book "Women On The Warpath"
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11...
on his dashboard which he definitely has not written. It is clearly misplaced as he is born in 1969 while the book was first published in 1965.
I assume the author is David J. Mitchell
http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...
but I lack proof. The only source I have is a worldcat link
http://www.worldcat.org/title/women-o...
It would fit his other titles but that is just a guess on my side. Maybe somebody could straighten this out? Thanks
