Umbridge (she is played perfectly in the movies and is a absolutely deplorable character in the books)…
Rita Skeeter (she needs to keep her filthy gossip away from everybody else)
Belatrix Lestrange (I love hate her character, but can’t forgive what she did to Neville’s family and Sirius)
Also, you kind of have to hate the Dark Lord Voldemort just cause he is the main villain…

She banned Harry from Quidditch then did the bleed hand quill thing.
