SOLVED. Childrens picture book (maybe around 7-9 age bracket) about a queen who gets a dress made from the sky for a ball. Was around 20-25years ago? [s]

I remember reading this when I was a kid and would like to try to find a copy of it if I could figure out the name or author. I also remember (spoilers) that the queen ends up getting very jealous while wearing the dress/sky and so it starts to storm and she ends up throwing the dress off her and is left in her underwear in public.

I'm pretty sure it's The Queen Who Stole the Sky by Jennifer Garrett. Illustrated by Linda Henry.

I think it's fairy rare now, most links don't even have the cover picture, including Goodreads. Man, I had forgotten about that book.
