I liked it too :) People have issues with the writer mostly since she reacted a bit rude toward some reviewers.

I am knew to the group and have to say I feel like I am on emotion over-load. I have read Hopeless, The Coincidence of Callie and Kayden, The Edge of Never and The Sea of Tranquility this week and I loved them all! Any other suggestions??

I finished yesterday and I also loved it. Even though it was an emotional story it was uplifting and funny and I loved all the quirky characters. It was just what I needed after reading the emotionally draining "Forbidden".

A Walk to Remember is my favourite Nicholas Sparks book, I would definitely recommend it :)

I just got finished with The Sea of Tranquility and I loved it. I'm not sure what to start now, can't decide between The Secret of Ella and Micha, The Coincidence of Callie and Kayden or The Perks of Being a Wallflower!

well i'm about %70 done now and can say things have finally gotten interesting! If the ending is good then the first half of the book might have just been filler for this one moment i'm currently reading :P

I'm reading Always Been Mine, Columbine, Neverending Story, and Darkness Rising. Neverending Story is really not something I'm enjoying but I have this thing where I have to finish a book if I start it. Columbine is really intense, so I self medicate with Always Been Mine and Darkness Rising.

I would recommend either The Secret of Ella and Micha or The Coincidence of Callie and Kayden both are great books. The Coincidence of Callie and Kayden second book is supposed to be coming out Feb 28. Not sure when The Forever of Ella and Micha is going to come out.

I have read a lot of Nicolas Sparks. You can't go wrong with any of them. My personal favorites are Message in a Bottle, The Guardian, The Rescue, A Bend in the Road and The Choice.

Yes it is self published, but it's a good character driven book. The characters are unique, interesting and funny.

so far i'm liking The Rescue too! Gonna buy other Sparks book soon. somehow i'm hardly loving any contemporary romantic story, but i guess i'm liking how Sparks brought the story! Simple but sooo cute :)
