After adding spaces for disambiguation

The manual explains how to separate authors with the same name with the added spaces. Other than adding spaces, is there anything else a librarian should do or place where the disambiguation should be reported?

A librarian note on the authors page helps them not get recombined.

Something like "This is the author of science fiction and not the romance author". This is usually only needed if 1 or more of the profiles is not claimed.

Also in the librarian note it helps to document "Author^^Name" so when on the author page you can see at a glance the number of spaces for that author

It would be really useful if a Goodreads Author page showed the same info, maybe hidden in a corner of the page somewhere. It is annoying to have to dig around to identify how many spaces the GR author has.

Thank you. That's helpful when I stumble across two authors who are fused together.

Would it be possible to add a little more info to the guidebook about the phrasing and marking spaces?
