The manual explains how to separate authors with the same name with the added spaces. Other than adding spaces, is there anything else a librarian should do or place where the disambiguation should be reported?

A librarian note on the authors page helps them not get recombined.Something like "This is the author of science fiction and not the romance author". This is usually only needed if 1 or more of the profiles is not claimed.
We added the disambig note as found herehttps://docs.google.com/document/pub?...
Also in the librarian note it helps to document "Author^^Name" so when on the author page you can see at a glance the number of spaces for that author

It is annoying to have to dig around to identify how many spaces the GR author has.
