Title in foreign language

Question from a new librarian: An edition of a book that does not have an English version. Should the title be:
* The title in the original language
* The title, transliterated
* The title, translated by me into English - then if a future translation will come out, it may have a different title
Here, for instance, the title is transliterated.

At least the title in the original language. For non-Latin character based languages the transliterated title can be added in square brackets after the title.
