Such a unique vision and a tale you've definitely never heard/read before :)

As a back-up, I choose which is an absolute masterpiece in my mind that everybody should read!

(I struggled with whether I should pick this book or
for your back-up, as I think the Harry Dresden series is the best!, but American Gods as a better stand-alone book :)

Valerie, for you I've chosen by Carlos Ruiz Zafon - one of my top 5 books of all time! It's just magical and portrays Barcelona so wonderfully :)

As a back-up (from your own-not-read shelf), I've chosen by Stephen King, which (although short) is one of his best in my humble opinion :)
