How to add a book to the Goodreads list?

How can I get my book added here? I don't have access to do so and it is not found with any searches I do.

You have to join the Goodreads Librarians Group. There is a post about this topic there, so you just comment to it and ask to be authorized to add your book (list title and ISBN). If I remember right, you also have to be a Goodreads Author, not just a Goodreads reader.
