Lots of issues on book to fix

I found 3 separate editions of this book:
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13... (which needs to have the authors' names switched around and pg count of 351 added, plus change format to Kindle)
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/15... (which needs to have author's name fixed to match other editions, cover added - same as the Kindle edition cover, and description added - same as Kindle edition description) and:
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/15... (which looks to be a duplicate and can possibly be deleted, since no one has added it)
Then the Kindle and PB editions need to be combined.
