Hmm random fact....ooo i haven't bragged to anyone (but my husband) about this yet...but I've lost 50 lbs this year!!! Woots!

That's great , congratulations!! I know how hard it can be to lose weight. Especially if you're like me.... Binge eating is like quick sand, you never notice until you're in it and then it's extremely hard to get out. When I was in middle school I used to lie about everything to everyone , it was my *trying to fit in but still be memorable* phase. So naturally people were really confused whenever they talked about me because the stories never fit. I had a whole imaginary life with really intricate details.Haha

Thanks! Girl, I am with you there. My problem is, I love food soooooo much. The struggle is real on the decision to either eat what I want or have self control lol. And for years, I just didn't care. I was never really "overweight" but at the same time, I didn't like what I saw when I looked in the mirror either. I tell everyone to look how you want to look. If you like being you, don't change it...but if you want to change it, do what you need to to change it. I'm all about self love...love who you are and rock what you got lol.
