lately I've been sleeping 5 hours per night.. and idk why. I stay up till I fall asleep wake at 7 and then randomly fall asleep at like 8pm lol
aww. I think our bodies know we need to be awake they just havent figures out what's the best time and why falling asleep at 3am is terrible

I don't use tiktok... I've an aunt that uses it all the time and makes me watch her videos for hours... it's ruined for me :(
