Ummm....google translate says, "really?" but then again google translate is not a very reliable source...
it does in fact translate to "really?". Google translate isn't great, but it can usually get through simple things. If you ever want a laugh translate a large paragraph into a foreign language and then back to English. You'll be surprised by what it comes up with!
also, (as an fyi) bit.ly URLs are can be really bad because they hide the true nature of a link. The example above is clearly a scam, but sometimes Bit.ly URLs will be on seemingly harmless things. I'd like less spam in my life. we gave up flashy "CLICK HERE FOR FREE STUFF" scams for constant phishing stuff like the above.
