Huh. Hey, Kyra, do you know what the best island in Hawaii is? My G-parents(yes, the ones with the telescope) are taking us next year, and we can't decide which island. All I know is I want to go surfing. XD

I've been to Maui most of the time. They have a lot of surfing classes near our hotel, but I don't know what the best island is...

Do they have nice snorkeling places there?

[Kyra]

Oh, yes, that's almost the best part. There's a reef right down the hill from our hotel. And they do a lot of scuba diving cruises at this part of the island.

Oh, that's lovely! Perhaps I'll convince everyone to go there.

I win because I leave for China on friday.

I don't win, because my sister's going to drag me off to a library event this afternoon. I intend to spend the entire thing either in the teen room or the computer lab.

I'm kinda late here, but I love that our group of friends really doesn't get caught up in drama. I overheard a lot of drama stuff in science last year since I was surrounded by "popular kids" and I was just like whoa.... I'm SO glad we don't get involved in any of that...

I get lots of personal drama though... lots and lots. I think I scare people away, because it's unbelievable how many people I've lost. Like seriously, it's very rare for me to have a teacher (not including school teachers) for more than a year cause THEY WON'T STOP LEAVING ME!!!!! Like seriously I had to quit piano because I was so sick of getting new teachers. *sob*

Heh. My school teachers leave me. First Ms. T, then Ms. N, then Ms. A...yeah...

I lose cause I'm stuck at the library for an hour.

And yes, I'm in the computer lab. And it's so quiet and the loud keyboard makes me feel very self-conscious...

You know what I hate? Walking into the teen room at the library when there's like 2 other people there on the computers being completely silent. Especially if I'm wearing flip flops, which I always seem to be wearing when this happens. And then your steps sound so noisy and the other people (who are always older teens) just stare at you and you're just trying to find the book as quickly as you can like don't mind me, I'm just getting books, no need to stare at me like I'm going to murder you if you turn away...
Haha yeah I try to avoid that room as much as possible.

Haha when I was like 10 or 11 I insisted on not going in there (since the sign said 12 and up even though nobody cares) so I would always be like MOOOOOOM GO GET MY BOOK FOR ME I'M NOT GOING IN THERE NO WAY NO WAY YOU CAN'T MAKE MEEEE!!!!!!!

XD There's no specific teen section in my library. It's just books scattered all over the place.

The computer lab at school is always super quiet and people are studying and clacking away at the keys so I'll be walking past and just pop my head in the room and reverently whisper "Russian taco" or something. One time I slipped in and break danced on the floor for a second, and only a couple kids noticed me, and then I just slipped out all ninja-like. ^_^ Those are the kinds of middle school memories I'm gonna miss.

And in case that wasn't enough... yesterday I made my front tuck (front flip) on the floor! And it was only my first day trying! And it only took about 5 or 6 tries! (That's not even sarcastic... usually it takes at least 20 or 30 tries for me to get a new skill).
