Mixed feelings about leaving middle school. On one hand, I'm glad school is ending cause, you know, summer! Sleeping in! No more homework or tests! Yay! But then I have to say goodbye to some good friends who are going to different schools, including one I've known since kindergarten, so that's gonna be really hard. And I'm really nervous about high school. I'm tired of starting over, I really am. So yeah. I guess it doesn't really matter how I feel about it though, cause it's going to happen anyways...

I am totally winning, though, because we won our soccer game 5-0. (We could've won 8-0 easily, but there's this stupid, stupid tournament rule that if you're more than five goals ahead in a game, you get penalized. Stupidest thing I've heard in months. So we basically played keep away with the other team for twenty minutes.)

My laptop charger just died and my laptop is going to die very soon cause I obviously can't charge it and my brother wants to get a new one online so it'll take a while to ship so I won't be able to use the computer for a while unless I want to fork out $70 to get one from the apple store and this is a really long sentence so yeah I win.

You guys make me feel like such an oddball. I tell everyone I'm not sure if I want to go to high school, but in reality, I can't wait. I want to learn, to be in all those advanced classes, to do something with my life. I don't know.

And I win again! My G-parents brought us a new telescope, computerized and up to 200x magnification. It was a complete surprise; I had no idea they were bringing it. It's a it difficult working out the kinks of the tracking and aligning and stuff, but I can't wait to get it working and bring my friends up to see it. God, you should see the moon. {which is about the only thing we've seen in it, but it's so beautiful, it almost doesn't matter}
