SOLVED. young reader book about girl with religious issues [s]

I read this book a couple years ago and its about a girl that meets a boy and runaway and hide out in the roof of some museum (or church, forgot). The boy and girl don't eat for days and the girl start developing what she thinks is stigmata. After, they end up in a relatives home.

I also know the boy lived in a farm and liked visiting a mountain nearby.
Should be a young reader or teen book.
