I am totally team Maxon. America and him are perfect. I don't think America could be with Aspen after the selection. However on that note I personally like Aspen better. He's more my type and if I had to pick I would pick Aspen but America made her choice and what can you do about it.

I'm the first two books I was team Aspen but then I switched to team Maxon :p I think aspen and America are better for each other as friends :)
Maxon! he's so sweet and caring and I just loved from the first time he came. I don't like aspen. at all
Team Maxon! I find Aspen very annoying.
First of all this love triangle was absolutely unnecessary . As for which team.....I am leaning 70% Aspen and 30% Maxon. Now that's never happened before. I have not finished The One yet but I its obvious that Maxon's going to get the girl.
But still I liked Aspen. America loved him for two years and they had created a dream future of their marriage and then America went and fell in love with Maxon in a matter of days inspite of Aspen being in the palace as a guard. And I was like: what the hell Mer? How can you let a few days old crush win over a TWO YEAR OLD love? Don't kill me for this but I didn't like Maxon in the first book. He was too stiff and awkward in his behaviour and said idiotic things *cough cough* the bet on whether May would cry or not *cough*. So he was sweet, but no. In the Elite, I liked him more, though I felt VERY sorry for Aspen.
And I TOTALLY disliked America. What, she was literally toying with their hearts! She treated Aspen as some backup plan if the Selection didn't work out for her. Disgusting!
Maxon, Aspen annoys me appollo much!!!
Though i really dont see why there should be a discussion about this cause seriously this love triangle was not necessary or deep for me to even care about. But I'll choose Maxon cause he is gentleman apart from the fact that he dated other girls
I absolutely adore Maxon and America's relationship, but I also liked aspen in the beginning. Aspen swallowed his pride to give America the chance for a better life, and for a better love. Maxon was able to be there and love America when Aspen couldn't and I respect Aspen for not getting angry, jealous, or spiteful. Plus Aspen found love in the end, anyways ;)

I shipped Aspen and America, but then it was like "NOPE MAXON IS BOSS HERE!!"

I love Aspen so much but I believe that America and Maxon were meant for each other. Their different personalities compliment each other and without the other I don't think their characters would have grown as much as they did. I'm so happy with how everything ended up! So Team Maxon all the way for America! But I still can't resist Aspen and Lucy 😁
I'm only on the third book in the Selection series, so maybe my opinion will change drastically by the end, but I like Maxon and America are perfect for each other. Maxon really seems to care for America, although they've had their ups and downs thus far. I know Aspen probably cares a great deal for America as well, but I just didn't like how he let something as silly as their castes get in the way of their relationship when America very obviously didn't care. But that's just my opinion!

HARD MAXON!! HAaaard! He is PERFECT for America! I don’t think there has evenr been a book couple that has ever made me feel the way they did. Maxon shared all her passions, and was in love with her. Aspen didn’t have a strong enough personality to handle America, and he was too babyish, everything was someone else’s fault. 🤷🏼♀️ 😊
Aspen is the tipe of guy you just like at the first sight, but that king of liking isn't the one that's gonna outlive every other.On the other hand, it is almost a rule for most of the people that you are pretty much annoyed by Maxon at the beginning but the longer he stays, the more you like him and by the time you're finished with the books you're just like: Awwww Maxon!
So I guess for me Team Maxon it is!
Maxon deserves America and vice versa. Personally, I think Aspen got the better end of the deal.
This series being one of my favorites I do love both of them so its hard to choose. Aspen is basically my aesthetic, but Maxon's got the personality. In the end Maxon was meant for America just as Aspen was meant for Lucy. It was hard coming to this conclusion because I just ultimately love America. She is the best. But yeah...Team Maxon!
Maxon! He was genuinely sweet and caring towards America and always put her interests before his! Aspen felt more controlling and demanding while Maxon just wanted her to be herself!
