Skills: Flying and Weather Manipulation.

Home Town: Cloudsdale. Her house is near Ponyville.
Age: Unknown
Gender: Female
Species: Species
Appearance: [image error]

Cutie Mark:

Personality: Rainbow Dash is a Pegasus and a main character in My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. She is responsible for maintaining the weather and clearing the skies in Ponyville. She is also a huge admirer of The Wonderbolts and dreams of one day joining their elite flying group. In Sonic Rainboom, Rarity and Princess Celestia both declare that she is the best flier in all of Equestria. She represents the element of loyalty. She is the last of the main six characters to gain a pet; hers is a tortoise named Tank. Her main personality trait is Loyalty.
History: Having demonstrated remarkable speed and agility in the air, Rainbow Dash has proven herself to be a capable and accomplished flier. She speaks of and demonstrates her impressive and spectacular aerial acrobatic maneuvers in The Ticket Master, which include: the "rainblow dry", which she uses to clean up Twilight Sparkle in the first episode; the "super speed strut"; the "fantastic filly flash"; and the "buccaneer blaze", which involve strutting while flying, a nose-dive and recovery that creates a flash, and the creation of multiple bolts of lightning, respectively.
The mushroom cloud from Lesson Zero.
On one occasion she uses her flying skills and physical strength to help Applejack demolish a barn in Lesson Zero. She ruthlessly tears through the structure from all directions, and eventually dives into it from a great height, finishing it off in a savage yet vibrantly-colored explosion that sends debris raining down upon Applejack and Twilight.
Agility!
She demonstrates her flight skills in May the Best Pet Win! to her potential pets: she zips straight up into the sky; flies to a far-away hill leaving a trail of rainbow-colored flames behind her; maneuvers in quick 90-degree turns between the pets while leaving a vertical rainbow-colored wake behind her; and swirls around a cloud to create a pony cloud sculpture. Later in the episode she holds a final race to decide which pet she'll choose, and performs dangerous stunts like flying through giant bramble patches and dodging the bites of gigantic quarray eels.
Rainbow Dash has demonstrated her prowess with manipulating weather numerous times. She clears the skies of Ponyville of clouds "in ten seconds flat" in the first episode, dispersing the clouds by kicking them. She leads water droplets out of a cloud in Boast Busters, and creates a rainbow above her when the droplets splash against her. She teams up with other Pegasus ponies in Winter Wrap Up to create a whirlwind that sucks away clouds and snow from Ponyville, and she creates a tornado to vacuum the parasprites in Swarm of the Century.
In Hurricane Fluttershy, Rainbow led the Ponyville pegasi in creating a hurricane that would lift enough water to Cloudsdale for the rainy season. During this time, Rainbow's wing power was measured at 16.5, while most of the other Pegasi's wing power could barely measure more than 10.
Rainbow Dash performing her "Sonic Rainboom"
Rainbow Dash's most venerated move is the sonic rainboom, first depicted in the aptly-titled episode Sonic Rainboom. This is the second time in her life that she has performed the trick, the first being depicted in a later episode, The Cutie Mark Chronicles, where it indirectly leads to each of the six main characters gaining her cutie mark. Even though several ponies are present to witness the sonic rainboom in Rainbow Dash's flashback, the very same ponies consider the maneuver a myth in Sonic Rainboom.
She was apparently unable to be able to pull off the maneuver intentionally until A Canterlot Wedding - Part 2, when she carries it out it as a show for Princess Cadance and Shining Armor's wedding. She does not show any hesitation when given her cue to commense the flyby and pulls it off with utmost ease and perfection. However, it was evident that the maneuver required a reasonable amount of practice to be able to carry out as well she did

Skills: Magic.
As a unicorn, Rarity can use magic, and while it may not be up to the standards of Twilight Sparkle or Trixie, she uses it in connection with making things "fabulous", like gem-finding, dressmaking, and topiary art. She puts on an impressive light display for the fashion show she holds for Hoity Toity in Suited for Success. She uses sewing and cutting tools through telekinesis with the precision needed to make her dresses, manipulating multiple items at once. Her telekinetic ability has a quite extensive range and strength: in Lesson Zero, she is able to pull a couch from her home within a matter of seconds in order to dramatically recline upon it. She is able to magically attach her sheared tail hair to the sea serpent's mustache, and also reattaches a large branch to a tree in Look Before You Sleep and magically trims its foliage into topiaries.
The gems Rarity had Spike uncover.
Rarity casting magic.
Rarity can also use her magic to expose underground gems, which is a major plot point in the episode A Dog and Pony Show. This spell is copied by Twilight in the same episode, as Rarity had taught it to her some time before. Unlike Twilight having to learn it, Rarity's gem-finding ability developed on its own: her story in The Cutie Mark Chronicles show this ability activating by itself without her knowingly casting a spell

Age: Unknown
Gender: Female
Species: Unicorn
Appearance:

Rarity is a white unicorn. She has a horn and an extremely curly purple mane and tail. She has blue eyes and light blue eyelids or makeup. She has long lashes and three diamonds for a cutie mark.
Cutie Mark:

Personality: Rarity is a unicorn pony who resides in Ponyville, and is one of the main characters of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. She is the older sister of Sweetie Belle. Rarity works as both a fashion designer and as a seamstress at her own shop, the Carousel Boutique. She has a white Persian cat named Opalescence. Her personality traits consist of elegance and generosity, for which she represents the element of generosity. Her main character trait is elegance and generosity.
History: n Sweet and Elite, Rarity states she was born in Ponyville. During The Cutie Mark Chronicles, Rarity retells her story of her life as a filly to the Cutie Mark Crusaders. The flashback starts on an outdoor theater near the schoolhouse, where some fillies were practicing for a school play, dressed as various foods. The teacher complimented Rarity on her costume design, but the perfectionist Rarity insisted that the dresses didn't meet her expectations and tried to create new ones to no avail. Almost immediately, a light ignites in her horn, and it shoves Rarity leftward until it stumbles into a very large, geode-like boulder. Rarity, having thought her horn would help her find "[her] destiny", is deeply unsatisfied. Then, Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom occurs, causing the boulder to split in two, revealing the boulder to be filled with gemstones. Rarity decides to add these to the existing costumes to snaz them up, earning both the admiration of the crowd, and her cutie mark.
Rarity is responsible for the decor during the Summer Sun Celebration. When she sees what Rainbow Dash accidentally did to Twilight's hair she is compelled to give the latter a makeover. She also develops a fascination with Twilight when she hears she is from Canterlot. Twilight flees the Carousel Boutique (Rarity's shop) in fear of the thought of Rarity dying her coat a new color.
Rarity daydreams in The Ticket Master about meeting Princess Celestia's dashing "nephew" at the Grand Galloping Gala, with her fantasy culminating in marriage and induction into royalty. Upon attending the Gala in The Best Night Ever, she spots a stallion, depicted with the same character design as the one in her fantasy, who is identified as Prince Blueblood. Although handsome, and initially charming, Blueblood turns out to be conceited, rude, and narrow-minded. He expects Rarity to care for him while doing nothing in return. Rarity tries to be patient with the prince's manner, but his selfish ways finally exhaust her patience when Blueblood uses her as a shield from an incoming cake. She then angrily declares him to be a "royal pain" and splatters frosting all over him.

Age: Unknown
Gender: Female
Species: Pegasus
Appearance:

Fluttershy is a yellow horse with a pink mane and teil. Her mane and tail is long and flowing. Her eyes are turquoise and her cutie mark is butterflies.
Cutie Mark:

Fluttershy's cutie mark are three butterflies. The butterfly bodies are teal like her eyes and the wings are pink like her hair. She has this because she is shy and butterflies are usually timid, shy, or scared.
Personality: Fluttershy is a female Pegasus pony, and one of the main characters of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. She lives in a cottage near the Everfree Forest and is an animal caretaker, the most prominent of her charges being Angel the bunny. She represents the element of kindness. Her main trait is Kindness.
History: The episode The Cutie Mark Chronicles offers a glimpse into Fluttershy's past. Like Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy hails from Cloudsdale. As a filly, she was not a very good flier, and was bullied by some of the other ponies, who nicknamed her "Klutzershy". She was taller and ganglier than the other foals, with slightly larger wings. Rainbow Dash, however, stood up for her, and challenged the bullies to a race in which the participants unintentionally knocked Fluttershy down to the ground, a place she had never been before. She was saved from a rough landing by falling onto a large group of butterflies. Upon seeing all the different animals which lived on the ground for the first time, Fluttershy was so overjoyed, she started singing. A few moments later, Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom scared all the animals away; however, Fluttershy was able to calm them down, and learned that she had a talent for communicating with animals. It was at that point she gained her cutie mark, which was butterflies and a lifelong love of animals.
Fluttershy's cottage.
Fluttershy lives in a cottage at the edge of the Everfree Forest and on the outskirts of Ponyville. It appears in several episodes, including Dragonshy, Swarm of the Century, and Stare Master, where it is one of the primary sets of the episode. The cottage's roof is covered in grass and is filled with runways, holes and perches for animals. In May the Best Pet Win!, Fluttershy is delighted to hear that Rainbow Dash desires a pet and takes her to her cottage's backyard, where she presents her friend with a great variety of animals to choose from.
Much is learned about the friendship between Fluttershy and Rarity during Green Isn't Your Color. The two meet regularly every week at Ponyville's day spa to catch up. Rarity expresses admiration of Fluttershy's grace and poise in the episode, and implores Fluttershy to model her clothing, but as she is aware that Fluttershy doesn't enjoy putting herself in front of people, Rarity only asks her when Photo Finish comes to photograph her work. Throughout the episode, Fluttershy has a hard time coping with the large amounts of attention. Despite this, she is willing to put up with it because she believes it makes Rarity happy. Likewise, Fluttershy is not exempt from Rarity's envy of her fame; however, Twilight eventually gets the two to solve their problems

Boyfriend/Girlfriend: Open
Other: She has a pet rabbit named Angel.

Skills: Pinkie Pie likes to throw parties a lot, and has a tendency to burst into song randomly. When she sees Twilight Sparkle for the first time in the first episode Mare in the Moon, she gasps and quickly runs off and it turns out to be a party for Twilight that she planned, she throws more parties throughout the season too. Her very first party was when she was a filly, and it was thrown for her family, a story she tells in the episode The Cutie Mark Chronicles. Some of her songs don't always get positive responses. Her songs are Evil Enchantress, Cupcakes, Giggle at the Ghostly, Grand Galloping Gala, and You Gotta Share You Gotta Care, a song which provoked negative responses from her audience.
Pinkie Pie can also predict the future through various twitches and motions made by her body, which is shown in the episode Feeling Pinkie Keen. This ability is known as her "Pinkie sense" by all of her friends in Ponyville, and goes unquestioned by Pinkie, and this annoys the brainiac Twilight Sparkle, which literally makes her burst into flames with anger at some point in the episode. Twilight cannot explain this ability either, which also annoys her.
Pinkie Pie can also find books in a sudden methond. In Elements of Harmony and Sonic Rainboom (episode) she stumbles upon two books with information that Twilight Sparkle needed. Every other pony wonders how she did it. The first time the first book was just sorted alphabetically on Twilight's shelves; the second "fell on her face" when Rainbow Dash crashed into Twilight Sparkle's library.
She also works at Sugarcube Corner. Which probably explains why she has a massive appetite for cakes and sweets. She assists Mr. and Mrs. Cake in preparing baked goods. Though, her cooking abilities are questionable, she is shown in some episodes cooking unappetizing batches of cupcakes and muffins, but both were in the fault of her temporary assistants: Apple Bloom, who has no experience with baking, and with Applejack, who is an excellent baker, but at the time was exhausted from all the applebucking she had been doing. Though not shown to have the ability to cook, she can decorate cupcakes just fine.

Home Town: Ponyville, Equestria. Though when she was a filly she lived on a rock farm.
Age: Unknown
Gender: Mare - Female
Species: Earth Pony
Appearance:

Pinkie pie has messy, and curly mane and same as her tail. She has big, bulging, blue eyes. Her cutiemark is 2 baby blue balloons, and 1 yellow balloon.
Cutie Mark: [image error]
Her cutie mark is three party balloons, one yellow and two blue. In The Cutie Mark Chronicles, Pinkie Pie tells the Cutie Mark Crusaders how she got her cutie mark. Pinkie Pie was raised on a rock farm with her two sisters and her parents. They spent everyday harvesting rocks, and there was no talking or smiling. But when Rainbow Dash's Sonic Rainboom cleared the sky of the gray clouds, and painted a rainbow across the sky, the shock wave frizzled up Pinkie's hair, giving it a distinctive curl. Pinkie Pie sees this rainbow and experiences joy, and smiles. Saying "I never felt joy like that before! It felt so good I just wanted to keep smiling forever!". She then decided to dedicate her life to making people happy and throwing parties. She invites her family over to their first party ever, and to their surprise, they loved it. The Cutie Mark Crusaders probably weren't sure if she was telling the truth or not, especially because she ended her story saying "...and that's how Equestria was made." and then "Maybe on the way home I can tell you the story of how I got my cutie mark, it's a gem!"
Personality: Pinkie Pie is a very outgoing, cheerful and energetic pony. She has a strong fondness for having parties, and has a tendency to want to throw a lot of them. Pinkie Pie plays a lot instruments and frequently sings a lot of her own songs throughout the show. Because of her being so random, however, a lot of the other ponies, and even her friends, do not always take her seriously. Most of the time they don't really understand her either. Pinkie Pie is also not scared of danger one bit, in part two of the pilot see is seen laughing in the face of danger when the rest of the ponies are scared. She then breaks out in song telling her friends not to be afraid. She is also can be called Ponyville's prankster, which can be seen a lot in the episode Griffon the Brush-Off. Pinkie believes in just accepting life as it comes and not questioning its wonders, as portrayed in Feeling Pinkie Keen. This annoys Twilight Sparkle a lot, which literally made her burst into flames with anger in the episode Feeling Pinkie Keen. Pinkie Pie is perceived as nonsensical most of the time, but she actually has a lot of knowledge in topics that are overlooked by other ponies, such as knowing a lot about the Parasprites in Swarm of the Century. Pinkie Pie also has even said herself that she does not always really understand everything she does.
History: Family and cutie mark
Pinkie Pie's hair was completely straight when she was a filly. Pinkie Pie tells the Cutie Mark Crusaders in The Cutie Mark Chronicles that she was raised on a rock farm with her two sisters and her parents. Her father wears a pilgrim's hat, her family's coats and manes are Earth-colored, muted browns and grays, and they all wear somber expressions until Pinkie Pie discovers her special talent.
When Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom clears the clouds and paints a rainbow across the sky, the shock wave frizzles Pinkie Pie's hair giving it its distinctive curl, a visual gag that was conceived by Jim Miller. The sonic rainboom that she witnesses makes her smile, and she then decides to dedicate her life to making people happy and throwing parties. When she invites her family to their first party ever, her mother calls her Pinkamena Diane Pie. The family joins Pinkie, and they all shakily start to develop smiles, and eventually merrily participate in Pinkie's party. An animator on the show, John Irving L. Prudenciano, revealed that Pinkie Pie's full name is Pinkamena Diane Pie a few months prior to the airing of The Cutie Mark Chronicles. [3] The Cutie Mark Crusaders end up unsure whether Pinkie Pie's story is true or not, especially since she concludes by stating, "...and that's how Equestria was made... Maybe someday I'll tell you how I got my cutie mark!" It is later implied in the episode Magic Duel that Pinkie did indeed live on a rock farm as when Trixie complained about working on one Pinkie shouted "Hey, you're lucky a rock farm would take the likes of you!". Also, Trixie's flashback included Pinkie's father on the rock farm.
A filly sharing young Pinkie Pie's character design is present during Rarity's play in The Cutie Mark Chronicles, standing third from stage left, dressed as a chocolate cake with a purple and blue color scheme. Another re-used asset is the music that plays in Pinkie Pie's first party, which is the same music that Pinkie Pie plays for the parasprites in Swarm of the Century and A Canterlot Wedding - Part 1.
