Katy (KatyaS-69) | 497 comments The cover is missing on this book; can you get it from the NetGalley site? If so, it's here:
http://www.netgalley.com/index.php?mo...

Experiment BL626 | 358 comments The cover is copyrighted to the publisher and not to NetGalley. I would think so. A yes from me (though I'm not GR staffie).

I have a slightly better image that came with the newsletter, if you know a way I can get it to you (I can NOT figure out how to add pictures to these comments, the HTML instructions are like Cyrillic to me), or I can add it to my pictures, just let me know, unless you just want to use the one there on NetGalley. I'm off for a nap, so any answer will be a few hours bfore I reply.

Yossarian (PolymathicMonkey) | 169 comments Katy, when an image is uploaded somewhere and you want to share it, you just type in <img src="PutYourImageURLHere">

Katy, if the newsletter is an email newsletter (and I'm assuming it is), you can download the image to your desktop and add it from there by right clicking on the image in the newsletter and selecting "save as". Then, just upload that image to GR as per usual. :)

Not relevant. Under that logic, we could use covers from booksellers.

Looking into this further.

Yossarian (PolymathicMonkey) | 169 comments Rivka, since NetGalley works directly with publishers to give reviewers copies of books, I'd say the images come direct from said publishers, and as such I don't think it should be a problem. #4 on their ToS seems to be the applicable section of the legalities, which doesn't appear to restrict use of images, to my eye.

We reviewed both their ToS and FAQ, and agree that it should be ok.

Banjomike | 5524 comments Looks like an interesting site. I can see I will be visiting there in future. Do they have larger cover images or just the thumbnails as in the OP?

message 10: by Katy (new) - rated it 5 stars

When you receive an email with offerings from them, they link to larger-sized images; otherwise, I have been unable to find anything but thumbnails on their site. But if all else fails... :-)
