Reading Challenges..Where to start?

When I'm browsing on goodreads every now and again, I always see these reading challenges and I'm intrigued by them. However when I look into them they always have too many books and I haven't seen many with 2 or 3 books and I find it hard to start somewhere when it comes to reading challenges. Can someone help me please? It would be much appreciated xx
