My characters: controlling characters

So, if need be, I will fill the role of leading characters. More will be added as time goes on. These are characters which I am because they control what happens in the plot centered role-plays and honestly, I need to be in control, sorry.

First off, Mayor!

Name: Emerson Duffet
Age: 34

Years in office: This is Emerson's 4th year in office in a six year term.
Personality: Emerson is the definition of a leader. He knows what has to be done, and does it, on time. He isn't afraid to put his foot down. He has a six year term and he doesn't have to have friends on the other side. But he will have friends and he knows it. The public. Out in the open, Emerson is the most likable politician. He knows what to say and when to say it. He knows how to give information without saying much about the situation at all. He is a smooth speaker, and gets what he wants. All the time. The public typically loves him, but overall he's kept the city in balance. Done nothing new, but kept it running smoothly. The public seems to dislike change.
History: He considers himself lucky to be put into this tier, because e is a natural leader. He was the top of the social ladder pre-split and excelled in government raining programs and business courses after split. He was every teachers shining star, even if he wasn't the smartest, he knew enough and could talk smooth enough to sound like a genius. It was only natural for him to be elected to Mayor four years ago. It was a huge landslide, and it surprised not a soul.
Other: One touchy issue he refuses to speak about even when pestered: His love life.

Name: Dr. Cassidy Moriarty.
Age: 36

Title/Job Description: 'Director of Trainee Affairs' She handles all things trainees, from picking who they will be to picking who will be killed. She organizes classes, designs obstacle courses and always keeps up on her students conditions. She's always around.
Personality: Some consider her cruel, but she's just stating the facts. You won't get anything over on her, she's one step ahead and knows exactly how to bring you down. She knows what to say to make you feel guilty. She is obsessive and controlling and most likely has a host of mental disorders. Her anger doesn't erupt but you'll know when she's mad, and oh you do not want to be in her way. She wears her hair in a bun everyday.
History: She has a shadowed past including the death of her closest friend when she was a green spy. She totally blames herself, and it's tortured her ever since. She was an ace spy, but her mental conditions put her back to the complex. She resents the authority for it, and works very hard to hide her rebellious side that made her a great spy in the first place.
Other: Her title of Dr. is completely made up. She is nothing of the sort.
