how to enhance a book entry which has wrong or limited informations

I want to enhance (put a cover photo, detail volumes, correct some info) this book entry ( http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/12... ). How can I do this?

I've tried to create a new entry for this book but it tells me that the ISBN is taken by this former entry...

You need to be a librarian, which you must apply for.

The other way is to post the ISBN and the info here and someone will do it for you.

couldn't a librarian delete the current book entry and let me make a new better one? I don't know how could I put the cover photo here...

We don't delete valid entries, sorry.

Upload the image to your profile and once the book is updated you can delete it.

No, we don't delete legitimate books even if you are just going to make it look better. An easy way to allow librarians to upload the cover is to put it as a secondary image in your more photos section.

I uploaded the cover photo on my profile.

English title: "The monetary system of the "leu" and its predecessors"

The book has 3 volumes (and not 3 pages) as is writes there (with cca. 400 pages/volume).

The 1997 edition is the second edition.

First volume is from the origins of money to 1900.
Second from 1900 to 1944
Third from 1944 to present

Added the cover. If the book isn't in English there really isn't any reason to provide a translated name.
I'm guessing that all three volumes are in separate bindings, yes? If that's the case we would add two more volumes, and treat them as alternate cover editions.

Hey, I changed the authors name to be correct. So :P

I noticed we were both editing it so I backed out.

Edit: I hate seeing the lopsided cover. I'm gonna photoshop it.
