Tattoo, Knife, Bad Weather

I like what they did in the last round doing a weekly total in this thread which the organizers transferred to the official sheet. Plus, it was easy to see how everyone was doing and make suggestions if need be. And as you satisfy another column I will fill it in...kinda like an internal tally. What do you think?

I gotta get really down and read by Saturday for another group so I may not be as active in this group til Sunday when this thing starts. This book has 549 pages and I'm only on page 40 which leaves me with a lot of reading to do.

I moved on the 4th June. Still a load of boxes in the rumpus room but I got the main things unpacked. Getting back into a routine now.

I dont have anything with a visible bridge and I'm not sure about content either! I've already read both the scanguard books with bridges on them. I'm going to be reading stray to start ,this week for another challenge. So, do we have to name a book specifically for this challenge, or can we use anything we read?

You mean do you have to know which book you're going to read for this week's Scanveger Hunt ahead of time, or can you just try and see if any of the books you read this week could have bridge in them?

Either's fine as far as I know, and the quicker we can all cross the item off as read, the quicker we get the point, so you could wait to see what everyone else is going to read for this week and then see if any of the other titles appeal, maybe...

Let's all find the book you are going to read and post it. If you need help ask...we can all pitch in and help you find a book that get's the most points.

When you are done....write a quick line...if you liked it or not and why (doesn't need to be review...a quick line is fine.) and list your items from the list that were also in or on the book. Remember we can have "Bridge" and up to three other items.

Once we all have finished our book...we get the team point.

And we can read the same book...there is no rule that each of us has to read a different book...we just should aim, if possible to read the book of the week and get three extra points we haven't earned before. (if possible)

Make sure it has 200 pages to the book.

CaroB is right. You don't have to name it before you start. Since it is early on and there isn't a chance of a team winning this week you have tome to read a book or two to find one. As we get closer to the end it will be a rush to find your items.

Absolutly Ezinwanyi...if you look below the G in Ghosts you can see the bridge.

Amy, I think if they use those words, "a bridge between both worlds," then yes but if you are using the words to describe the way to travel between two worlds....that is iffy.

I think the book has to have the word "bridge" in it or a "bridge" has to be depicted on the cover or the title has to have "Bridge" in it.

I was reading a book yesterday and it had a sentence saying he kissed her on the bridge of her nose. Now that had me wondering if that would work for this challenge

In Iron Kissed, Mercy takes on a case to defend her former boss Zee, who is a fae accused of mass murders. Many people try to dissuade MErcy from getting involved, but Mercy is not one to let her friends hang. In this book, Mercy finally makes a choice between the two loves in her life. I thought the choice was obvious, and it also seemed like the choice was made for her. Either way, there is no longer a triangle. I don't like the "incident", it was disturbing, but the author handled it with great writing. I look forward to reading Book 4 because I missed Stefan and his accent. I love vampires more than fae.
