Snow Blind by P.J. Tracy

3.5 stars. I enjoyed this installment in the Monkeewrench series. Like the others, I listened to the audio. It is not the best in the series, it is definitely shorter but I enoyed it. Unfortunatley, there is not enough of the Monkeewrench crew for my tastes but P.J. Tracy introduces some new characters -- rural sheriffs and officers -- and an interesting twist to their serial killer theme.
This book can be read as a standalone. The mystery was easy to figure out and it was not very scary or thrilling. But still, Tracy writes characters well and ultimately, despite this being a mystery series the books are character driven. Decent, not great -- but good entertainment.

Review: LOVED IT! I absolutely love this series and now I have to wait for #3. The book continues Rhine's story in what is left of the world. There are so many spoilers, especially since this is the second book in the series.
There are many secrets revealed, especially about Vaughn and his purposes behind his experiments. The book introduces new characters, specifically Lilac and her daughter Maddie. We get to learn more about Rhine's brother Rowan and there is even more about Gabriel and his relationship with Rhine.

I finished my personal choice/readers choice shelf.

Review:
It was a tasty little morsel with Patch and Nora. The story starts with Nora waking up in a cemetery with a nasty case of amnesia. Throughout the book she recovers enough to understand who is good and who is bad.
I still think Nora is kind of an odd character and not completely likable. I love Vee! I wish she had a bigger role in the story.

I finished my PNR-UF post 300

Got a lot of stuff coming up. School and work tomorrow. Paper due Tuesday, and Nickelback concert that night. (totally wouldn't be going, but amazingly I won tickets. Freaked out.) Super important presentation in class on Wednesday. Needless to say, I'm dying for it to be summer.

LOVE NICKELBACK! I'm jealous!! They'll be in my town this week, too....but it's a school night...I have to get up too early to see a rock concert in the middle of the week.

These are my choices so far but I haven't decided:

I am still in love with Patch and I don't think that is going to change with the last book(lets hope not). I still have a hard time with Nora but I did like her better in this book then the other 2.I can't wait for the next book to come out. It needs to hurry and come out.

Wulf and Cassandra's story is another enjoyable installment in the Dark-Hunter series. I really like Kenyon's writing style and how she weaves mythology in the world she has created. It does seem like each story is formulaic and predictable but they still make for a nice brain candy read. It doesn't hurt that the romance is pretty steamy too. I will continue on with the series.

I really like this series and I am going out right now and buy

If I even go.... I need to leave for it, at the very latest, in 45 minutes, and right now I have no one to go with me. I had someone going with me, but they aren't feeling well today, so now they're not going. I'm trying to find someone else, but it isn't really working. I have one friend that wants to go, but he has to work tonight. He's trying to get off, but I don't know if it will happen. If I don't leave by like 3:15PM, I'm not going, cuz I'd probably miss the meet-and-greet before (@5:45, and the concert it almost 2 hours away.) and if I miss the meet-and-greet, I'd just be sad.

Yeah, I totally have class at 8AM tomorrow, so if I go, I'll be dead tired. But hey, free tickets! Soo worth the lack of sleep.

Review: Wow. Talk about some ups and downs. Tohr is one of my faves, so I'm thrilled that everything has all worked out. No'One is pretty awesome too. I hope to see what she's up to in the next book.
I'm already dying for the next book, but it's forever away. (Gonna have to supplement with the two Fallen Angel's books I haven't read) Here's 3 of the reasons I can't wait....
1. It's about QHUAY!! Hell yes!!
2. (view spoiler)
