Romance Lovers for the Challenge-Impaired discussion

It does sound ike a teeth-grinder, however, I'll go ahead and read it. Will let you know what I think. Stuff like that does tend to annoy me.

But then again, I'm one of the few people I know that enjoys re-reading Skye O'Malley. I tend to refer to Bertrice Small as bodice-ripper writer extraordinaire. I just love her writing.

Oh, Joann! I remember reading way back when -- and not being able to put it down, LOL! So, yes, I would be very interesting in getting your take on it. I just love the cover on and have been tempted to read it just b/c of that, I'm such a book-cover-ho. ☺

That makes me so happy to hear, Lisa Kay. The first time I read was not long after it first came out....way back when. :) I think I probably read it every 3 or 5 years or so. I'm probably due to read it again soon. Even though many find the subject matter shocking if not appalling, I tend to lose myself in the author's writing.

Funny enough, many of the books I read is beacuse I fall in love with the cover. So I suppose that makes me a book-cover-ho right along with you. At least I'm in good company!

for me these are also new authors except Richelle Mead. It's the last book of the succubus/Georgina Kincaid series. I hope it's good.

But I have to 'say', I don't like the cover. I'm a huge fan of the german 'older' covers (there's a new edition). They are so different and pretty.




Hope you like it - I like her "Vampire Academy" series too - a bit more ☺

Dear heavens, that was one of the hottest books I've read in a long while!

And she's off....

HAHAHA I started this late yesterday evening and had a hard time putting it down to go to sleep. Then, when I got up this morning, the first thing I did was grab Braxton and finish this off. It was good and HOT! I'm on the hunt for the 2nd in the series now ;)
