Ahh Becky. I think im just coming out of one (hopefully in full fledge soon). And Dhes is right, its really hard to know what works at an individual level. One thing that really worked for me was getting the pressure off with the challenges. I didnt want to feel forced to read a book to complete the challenge, or else i would feel disappointed. So i just participate in this challenge where i read as i go, and have no expectations whatsoever. Just read at your leisure, and perhaps shake up genres a bit. sometimes we get weary of the same formulaic plots.
I hope you get off your slump soon. If not, well, books are always reliable!;they will be there for you when your ready :) ((huuggs))
