Dhes, you have to read it! I love that series. 11 Scandals is the best one, I think.

10 was my least favorite of the series, but I still enjoyed it.

I thought 10 Ways was good. The heroine wasn't my absolute favorite, but I loved Nick and the story was good.

I got that impression, too, Dhes, but it's really not. It wasn't the best one of the series, but it was not bad either. I think people were just saying that it was not as good as the first one, which I would agree with because Callie and Gabriel were funnier together. But Nick and Isabel are good in their own way.

Thanks, Leah! It's been awhile since I read Nine Rules, so maybe Ten Whatevers won't seem quite as meh to me because I'm not reading it right on the heels of Nine.

Probably. That might be what happened to me because I read Nine Rules last year so it wasn't fresh in my mind.

I really liked it, much better than the last one. And of course I can't wait to see what happens in the next one. I'll paste my review:

"Another great story. For those fans who were not thrilled with the last book, have no fear this one is much better.

We have the usual, Sookie getting caught in the middle of vampire politics and fighting. Her relationship with Eric takes a turn, but we are left waiting for the next book to see how that will turn out. There are cameo appearances by Amelia & Bob, Jason, Bill, Mr. Cataliades, Sam, Tara, and Bubba.

Sookie has Claude and Dermot her fairy relatives living with her. It is possible they are up to something. Sookie learns more about her fairy family and how it is tied to her grandmother and her gift. Eric is still at odds with Victor, the regent in charge of running La for the King. He also is busy with making Eric, Sookie, and Pam's life hell. Oh and a not so fun blast from the past is after Sookie to kill her again and won't stop trying until someone is dead. I can't wait for the next one, I just hate that I have to wait a year."

I didn't want to give too many spoilers away. But I definitely enjoyed it, hope you do too Becky.

Oh I absolutely fell in love with Ryan. I thought Sara was a little naggy though. But I really loved the book. I wrote a short review on it if you want to check it out.

It's not what I expected at all. For some reason I was expecting an erotic read, but this is definitely a romance. Sexy, but not erotic. And a great storyline.
