Alexa (and Ashley above), you don't have to mark a book currently-reading if you don't want to. The important part is making sure it has a start date and a finish date. You can edit these in the review for the book (even if don't actually post a review).

The only reason I finished my first book was because it is the last day of my vacation and I spent the whole day laying on the couch reading. I probably should have spent some of the day getting some errands done but oh well!

I've never been very good at coming up with team names or user names. Mine always end up being cheesy like Super Scholars or the Bombastic Bookworms haha

I started with by Jacqueline Winspear. I had never read any of her books before but definitely liked this one and will be working the sequels into my challenges.

I love The Fluffy Panthers for a team name :) so cute...

But I've already finished my first book, The View from Saturday by E.L. Konigsburg.

So, I was peeping on the other teams thread - yeah, I know, shame on me :o)

And I must say that the book count sounds promising, as challenges go, the teams are on a good start. So far we have

TEAM A - 10 books
TEAM B - 8 books
TEAM C - 6 books
TEAM D - 6 books

We have a slightly advantage, but, our team is the biggest too (at this moment)

I've started my first book an hour ago, I'm aiming to finish it later today

I started my second and third book this afternoon!

I'm in the middle of a book that i started in december...i'll start reading a new book soone :)

Wow, you guys are so fast! Keep it up! I'm halfway through my first book of 2013, but I'm also still working on one I started in December.

Personally, I think our name should start with an A or have an A in it somewhere.

Yep, they are super-fast, I'm still at 10% of On the Edge, but I'm currently at work - I knew I should get the audio version, but the narrator isn't that good - Anyway, our team is amazing!!!!
