I can take any suggestions of thing to read. I love to read but never know what to read. Also I am kind of confused because there are so many things to do on here.

Post there if you need any rec :)

I just create a thread for that :)
I have a question. There a few books I am wondering about reading. I want to know what you think of them. If I stay and the say i turned pretty. I forget the authors though. Let me know if you have read them and if you need the authors.
If I Stay was a VERY good book! I loved it! I loved the 2nd book more though ;)Did you mean The Summer I Turned Pretty?
I wasn't a fan of that book ,but that doesn't mean it was a bad book! It wasn't, just not my kind of book....
Hi everyone! I just recently signed up for Goodreads because I love to read! I like to join groups that have similar interests as me. I've noticed that some groups have an author folder where new authors give a link to free ebooks that they write. Does this group have a folder like that as well? It would be a great way to read more authors and find more books :)
We have giveaways and freebie folder: http://www.goodreads.com/topic/group_...Currently have 2 giveaways since many others have expired already.
Has anyone read The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman? I think the movie is excellent and I am wondering if the book is as good.
Good stuff. I was wondering if the movie was good because of the screenplay or the book. I'll check it out so!
I tend to avoid movies of books I read. Most of the time it is a disappointment.Have fun reading the book. :)
Sorry to interrupt, but this thread is for suggestions and questions related to the group. Not about books, movies or other recommendations. Please move to appropriate post. Thanks :)
I just saw the topic name was "Suggestions and Questions" and I had a question to ask! It's new to me, which accounts for the bull in a china shop approach. I'm not sure what is involved yet! New rule for myself - be more quiet on Goodreads. :-)

http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/1... .. I hope it helped :D
I suppose you need the etiquette or the whole thing becomes chaotic. I kinda like chaos, so I will just keep myself in check by posting less.
Ardle, each folder and topic serves different purpose so it is easy for everyone to make sense of everything happens in the group. There is General Chat thread that we don't care how chaotic it gets :)
Yes, as of right now we are fine! But as Gisbelle said, we will let everybody know when we are seeking help! Thanks though, Tayla!
I'm not 100% sure, but are you looking for which books we've read together as a group?if you go to Crazy for YA "group home" page, you can scroll all the way down to our "book shelf" and see our books from there
or
at the top right corner of the main page, you can click the link "book shelf"
or
if you scroll down our main page, you can find 2 different links.
One is for our Group read: stand alone which you can see here:http://www.goodreads.com/topic/group_...
or
Series reads here: http://www.goodreads.com/topic/group_...
I know there are many other ways to find it, but I hope these few ways help!
If not Gisbelle and Jacquelyn are great moderators and will always help too!! :D
We still have a lot to figure out about our group monthly reads. It seems like not many people (including me) read monthly read or come to discuss. I am thinking of doing only one monthly read from next month on.
Okay I am currently reading Shiver and am almost through with it. So I suggest the other two books in the series. Linger and Forever. :)
I'm trying to add books to my secret admirer note challenge but cant figure out how to add them to the corresponding letters. Like I wanna add diary of a wimpy kid to D. but cant figure it out or actually the one i'm reading would be the ugly truth so it would be U. how do I do this?
Sorry didnt work for me. I copied the post but when I type in the book it messes it up. Thanks though
Click "add book/author"
Then type the tile you want. Click "link" if you want just link, click "cover" if you want to the cover image.

Then click "add"
yes I'm doing the secret admirer note challenge and was wondering how to update my book completed count? Do I have to repost everytime or go down to find my original post and then change my count?
