it's still the case! it's just that the media stirs up hysteria(in some cases) and convicts people before anything is proven....only showing certain biases
**chuckles** Yeah, a little. Sometimes I don't mind seeing the little guy swing. Really, it is my only sadistic outlet. ☺
It's a new release; comes out in July.Erhmmm, I thought we were only allowed to use books we have read? (but it was a very challenging choice Sonia :-)
Maybe I just imagined that rule? Can someone clarify?
I don't think there are any rules, but then I've only read page 1 and this page of this thread, so far. The only thing that sticks out is that you add pieces to the hangman when guesses are wrong, and if I'm not mistaken, the person who guesses the title/author correctly gets to create the next puzzle.
It's a new release? it should not have been allowed....oh well....it does say that you need to use books that you've read....but it was definitely a challenging one! :)

I re-checked pages 1 through 5 and backtracked the past 3 or 4 pages and I don't see any sort of "rules" about the titles having to be read by the person making the puzzle, or that they can't be new/future releases.
uh mm sorry about that. I waited for weeks to my arc to be approved that I totally forgot that the book was yet to be released.
Ohhh, did you read it already...lucky you!! Then I think it still qualifies; you have to pick a book that you have read and you read it!! So jealous :-)
Still not seeing where it states that you have to make the puzzle out of a book that you've read. Can someone please show me that rule or where to find it? It's just driving me nuts that I haven't found it, LOL. I don't even care about the rule, more that I can't find it and I like a good reference note, lol.
Just going by what was told to me Teresa :-)No big deal, it was a very good puzzle like I already said :-)
There is no rule that states it has to be a previously read book. However, if it's a book more likely to be known by people it's easier for people to guess.
Grrr, Goodreads keeps eating my comments. Thanks for explaining, ladies! It's not a big deal at all, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something that was obvious to everyone else, and of course wanting to follow the rules, hehe.
So, next puzzle anyone?
It's Lisa Kay's turn, but I think she's really busy with the comp. Hellooooo Lisa Kay? If she doesn't respond anyone else can pick it up :-)
Haha, probably going nuts with the new challenge details, answering questions and so on! And maybe napping in there somewhere. Or she's scurrying from team to team, looking for little morsels to nibble on, hehe!
