What's the Name o...:
SOLVED. Teen book about a boy and his friendship with his elderly male neighbor. The town discovers the neighbor is Nazi & turns on him. Neighbor had a dog (named Mignon?), and someone killed it by slitting it's throat. I read it in the early 80s. [s]
