I found myse…moreI try to understand why I feel blocked (e.g., fear, lack of inspiration, burned out). Writing for public consumption is a vulnerable act. I found myself experiencing writer's block while writing Be True to You when I allowed fear of judgment to enter the process. Meditation helped me center myself and write from my heart. If I feel uninspired, I do something I really enjoy like reading, spending time in nature, or watching a movie. It usually gets my creative juices flowing. If I feel burned out, I take a break.
