Her husband is ashamed of her and she feels the pressure from society and her husband to produce a child, but the marriage is childless. Then her husband makes her see a therapist/psychologist thinking that will make her normal. In the beginning it works out fine but then the therapist realizes she's suppressed and eventually relieves her sexually and empowers her. It's not really a typical romance novel but the author is mainly a romance writer who decided to write a different dark read for once. The romance is between the heroine and the therapist/psychologist. They end up sleeping together. Please please please help me out with this title! I've been banging my head trying to remember!
