Feliks Certainly is...what? The world is quite nearly stark raving mad, don't you believe this? Every day the headlines demonstrate out-of-control, careening-off-the-road, lunacy. The world's been shaved by a drunken barber. Many philosophical, rational, literary, and extremely wise men down through the ages have posited this notion. You can find this sentiment in songs, plays, novels, poems.
