Certainly is...what? The world is quite nearly stark raving mad, don't you believe this? Every day the headlines demonstrate out-of-control, careening-off-the-road, lunacy. The world's been shaved by a drunken barber. Many philosophical, rational, literary, and extremely wise men down through the ages have posited this notion. You can find this sentiment in songs, plays, novels, poems.
Believing that the world is mad is mutual- that's what I meant.
Aha! The internet strikes again. Isn't this modern electronic communications tool just a wonder? One can but marvel at how its helped human understanding...:D
