Here is the Amazon page of the person listed as the author on one of the editions shown on Goodreads. A book of that exact name isn't listed, but it may be that updated versions of the book have different titles (I assume the field of stock trading changes rapidly and therefore advice has to be updated):

I can't find an exact match for "AMS Publishing Group" anywhere except for the Goodreads page listed as the author of the book you're looking for.
Hi there, I just did some research on the book you are looking for and it seems that there is another edition (with more pages) that was published exactly one day after the 1st. I have reason to believe that they are same as the rating and reviews on both are completely identical.
(If you scroll down from the book and click 'More Details' it will show any other editions.)

This isn't a place where the Goodreads site answers questions, it's just users of the site making suggestions. I have a suspicion that the book you are looking for was an ebook only, and was taken out of print/off market by the publisher, probably because the information went out of date (since it specifies it's the 2015/2016 edition.)
