The Unexpected Duchess by Valerie Bowman is a enemies (haters) to lovers HR and the second book, The Accidental Countess is an unrequited love for the heroine. I think it would be best read the books in order.

Truce by R. L. Mathewson is another historical romance with the enemies to lovers trope that I know of!
Yea - Arabella’s Training by Golden Angel is a good one - and it contains “domestic discipline” (spankings). By the same author, there is an enemies to lovers “Gabriella’s Discipline” (also has spankings and male dominance stuff).

I second recommendations for Elisa Braden’s. The Madness of Viscount Atherbourne and The Making of a Highlander both have enemies to lovers aspects. Confessions of a Dangerous Lord are a friends-lovers, as does Ever Yours, Annabelle. They both have loved each other for years but have stayed in the friend zone.
Vivienne Lorret’s work does a lot of enemies-to-lovers! How To Forget a Duke is a good one. Tempting Mr. Weatherstone is a novella and is a best-friend-neighbors to lovers.
