That's tough, can't think of any. But if you like Erotica style there is the Rob Colton series where the lead is very muscular, tough and alpha (shapeshifter) and the mate is very small and needs to be protected from bullies. They're both graduating high school and it's not YA at all, trust me. Very steamy stuff and I've read it twice.
