Andria Large has a book called Sweet Renegade, where the hero is in a boy band, he's young and virginal and totally head over heels for the band manager. But let me think more on this because I'm sure I can come up with more.
I can't really recommend this because I haven't read it, but it's on my tbr and I think it sounds good. Sinful by Charlotte Featherstone. Historical. She's his nurse after he's been beaten badly.
There's a Listopia list all about being in love with the boss-woman. Susan Elizabeth Phillips book, It Had To Be You, is high ranking and another one that I've been wanting to read for a long time.
