Nikki I actually read this a few years ago, it was recommended by a psychiatrist friend and it gave some really good perspectives into some habits I had but couldn't place where they came from.

Jose David Many adults silently carry the lasting effects of emotionally immature parenting, and your work offers both clarity and hope. Healing from emotional neglect and rejection is not easy, but resources like yours help guide readers toward understanding, self-compassion, and healthy boundaries. Grateful for your contribution to this critical conversation.

Kieron Prescott I found the ideas in this book to be pretty outdated and narrow minded if I'm honest. Nevertheless, that's just my opinion. I hope you enjoy it and can take something from it
