One of my personal favorites, second only to THE CEREMONIES by T.E.D. Klein. The movie (obscure and hard to find, but it is on YouTube in full) was good too, starring Bette Davis as the Widow Fortune. 😊

My Kindle is absolutely overflowing at the moment. Too many amazing stories out there, and not enough time!

I'm fine, thank you, Daniel. Hope you are well and prospering in this new year. So far, I've been fortunate to start my year off with some excellent books. Even the 4-star books have been exceptional and leave me wanting more. I'm still waiting for your next story. You remain, as ever, one of my favorite horror authors. Sadly, I'm about to drop one book on my list. I didn't see that it was written for young readers, and I'm definitely not into it at all. That movie, THE DARK SECRET OF HARVEST HOME, is a made-for-TV mini series made in the 1970s. It's a bit grainy due to its age, but it was good for visualizing. This book is similar to THE CEREMONIES. 😊

All is going well, thank you. I am ahead for once and hope to have two releases out this year.
The level of talent is truly incredible, and I continue to be amazed each time I pick up my Kindle!
Harvest Home will likely be my next read, though, and I can't wait to check out that movie!
