Coat a muffin-tin using cooking spray. Blend orange juice, orange wedges, oil and egg in a blender until smooth. Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt together in a bowl; whisk to mix well. Make a dig in centre of dry ingredients; pour orange mixture in it; stir to prepare thick batter. Add in cranberries. Divide this mixture into cups of muffin tin, filling up to ¾ full; bake till muffins become golden and bounce when pressed gently, for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool on wire rack and serve warm.”
