“In the school, college or university class routines, there should be no classes for the teachers to conduct at a stretch such as 10-11, 11-12, 12-1. There must be a little gap in between the classes such as, 10-11, 11:10-12:10, 12:20-1:20. These gaps are so important because after conducting one class, a teacher needs some moments to reach another class. In addition, the students also need some time to freshen up. In fact, the classes in a row make them feel bored.”
