“左手握拳平置肚脐上。 这时开始用鼻孔的肌肉闻气,闻之有声,就好像闻到一样好吃的菜,要多闻一下似的。 这样闻气,一连六次,再口吐“呸”音,将气呼出。 如此继续作下去,一连三十六次(六吸一呸为一次),即浑身通畅,甚至汗出。 如果原来呼吸不畅通的人,经过三十六次的呼吸练习,即得鼻孔畅通无碍。 如果是肺病患者,不能以站立的姿态来作气功的话,可以躺在床上试作,效果也是一样的。”
