“उद्धरेदात्मनात्मानं नात्मानमवसादयेत् ।
आत्मैव ह्यात्मनो बन्धुरात्मैव रिपुरात्मनः ॥ ६-५॥

One can elevate themself by their own 'Self', and should not degrade their 'Self'; for, this 'Self' alone is one's best friend, and this Self is one's worst enemy (6-5).”
